Our firm primarily focuses on investment properties for our clients and our own investments. With over 25 million real estate investors in the US all fighting for those few "deals" on the market, we stay away from the standard fix and flip or buy and hold real estate investments. Our firm owns and operates nontraditional real estate investments such as RV parks, mobile home parks, self storage units, and other similar types of investments.

While we do primarily own and operate our own investment portfolio we are a licensed brokerage firm in TN as well as a general contractor and our primary also holds a real estate brokerage license in several southeastern states.
